Dr. Syed Anees Haider Zaidi
Syed Anees Haider Zaidi has done PhD in Management Science and Engineering from School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. Currently, he is serving as visiting professor at Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw, Poland. He is principal Investigator of research Project “Effects of Globalization and financial inclusion on energy intensity” awarded by NCN which is cosponsored by European commission and NCN.
He has been serving the COMSATS University Islamabad-Sahiwal campus as Deputy Treasurer. He is an international trainer for Public Procurement, organization learning and financial systems. He has published over 33 research articles in well-reputed impact factor journals like, journal of cleaner production, resources policy, renewable and sustainable energy reviews, Sustainable development, Journal of Environmental Management, Socio-economic planning sciences, economic change and restructuring, among others.

Dr. Rana Umair Ashraf
Dr. Rana Umair Ashraf is currently working as a Visiting Professor (Adiunkt) in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw since October 2021. Dr. Rana finished his Post-Doctorate at the School of Computer Science and Communication Engineering, at Jiangsu University, China. He has a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and Engineering from the School of Management and Economics (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) at the Beijing Institute of Technology.

Recently, Dr. Rana successfully secured research funding for two international projects, in the first project he is working as a Mentor in the POLONEZ BIS project “Effects of globalization and financial inclusion on energy intensity” POLONEZ BIS is co-financed by the European Commission and the National Science Center (NCN) under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND grant, zł 740, 568.00 PLN. In the second project, he is working as a Principal Investigator in “Environmental Consciousness: A Behavioral Rebound Effect” funded by EU-LAC Interest Group, 2023-2026, ID-2022-166, €446,875.00 (100,000 € Polish Contribution).
