ENERGY INTENSITY
This website presents information regarding the POLONEZ BIS research project “Effects of Globalization and Financial Inclusion on Energy Intensity” with the acronym “ENINT”. This research is part of project No. 2022/45/P/HS4/00572, co-funded by the National Science Centre and the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement No. 945339.
The objective of this project is to apprehend the drivers of energy intensity in emerging countries. To accomplish this objective, three studies are designed in the context of the emerging world. The research results will aid policymakers in suggesting appropriate energy policies for a sustainable energy future in emerging countries.
Syed Anees Haider Zaidi, Ph.D., is the principal investigator of this project, while Rana Umair Ashraf, Ph.D., is the mentor of this project that is to be carried out at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw, Poland.
